After losing its first-ever Test series against Bangladesh, Pakistani cricket has collapsed, a low point in a run of awful performances.
In an unexpected change of events, Bangladesh won the second Test in Rawalpindi on Tuesday by six wickets, completing a historic 2-0 series sweep.
This loss exacerbates the team’s current problems and adds to Pakistan’s alarming record of 10 straight home Tests without a victory.
The loss is even more disappointing given Pakistan’s inability to surpass the group stages of the previous year’s 50-over and T20 World Cups.
